I have had this phone for about almost 2 months now. I think this phone has a high quality purchase. It has a very good use. It is incredibly fast, and easy to make phone calls on. You can go somewhere with just a touch. This is a great phone.

This phone is the biggest piece of crap. The most frustrating thing about it is the touch screen. It never works and once it gets in the 'I don't feel like it' state the only thing to do is power it off/on and hope that fixes it. I absolutely hate this phone and wouldn't even recommend it to my ex. Do not buy this phone. We finally had so much trouble Verizon replaced them for free with env3's!

The battery on the Samsung Glyde only lasts up to 5 hrs of talk time. I am on my second Samsung Glyde, so I know this is simply the design, not a faulty battery. Also, the camera is very frustrating. You push the button to take the picture, and it does not work.

I don't know why everyone says that the Samsung Glyde is a bad phone. I've had mine for about 3 months now and it's phenomenal. I've never had a dropped call and there's no static or anything like that. This is my first phone and I could use it with ease after having it for only a day or two. It's got a cool design and it has a touch screen and a key board. The touch screen is very responsive, you just have to make sure that you are touching it the right way. I suggest touching with your thumb and don't just tap the screen. The battery life is pretty good, but just in case I always charge it overnight if it gets down to 2 battery bars. In conclusion, the touchscreen is responsive, the calls are great, and it looks cool. I love the Samsung Glyde.

The Samsung Glyde is the worst phone I've ever owned. The touchscreen doesn't work half the time. It scrolls randomly even if your fingers are an inch above the screen. The call quality is horrible and it takes forever to hit the right buttons to dial a call. You can't answer the phone without hitting the unlock button, even when this feature is turned off.

When I first got the Samsung Glyde, I thought it was amazing. However, after about 2 weeks, I regretted ever buying it. The touch screen hardly ever works and it takes a really long time to navigate through the menu or even to just dial a phone call. The full keypad is nice, however, sometimes the screen senses your fingers moving and shuts off your text.
